Are You At The Edge Of Change?

You've built something meaningful. For a few years now, you've poured yourself into a mission-driven business - creating impact, serving communities, shifting systems. You've proven you can do it.

But the model that got you here is breaking.

Women entrepreneurs in the impact sector have been taught to lead by overextending themselves.

Perhaps you've been successful within systems that reward urgency, relentless output, and the ability to wear every hat at once. You've fundraised, recruited, pivoted, scaled - often all at once, often alone.

But something within you is asking to lead differently. To build a thriving business and a thriving life. To create your legacy without losing yourself in the process.

You find yourself in an in-between space.

What once worked now feels unsustainable

The pace feels misaligned with your body and values

Your work is growing but so is the cost of holding it

And beneath it all, a quieter knowing.

I must lead and build differently to sustain myself and my work.

This is the shift into regenerative leadership.

This path is for women who are not just building businesses, but stewarding the healing of communities, systems, and the planet. Women who refuse to sacrifice their wellbeing for their impact.

The next evolution of your leadership is not about doing more.

It is about becoming more resourced, more relational, and more rooted. So that your business can grow without depleting you in the process. So your team can thrive. So your impact can compound.

This is especially true for women entrepreneurs working at the intersection of:

  • business and purpose — scaling social change while sustaining yourself
  • leadership and care — holding your vision and your humanity
  • ambition and responsibility — growing your influence without sacrificing your values or your rest

This is not a model that asks you to create less impact. It is one that allows you to hold your impact differently—with wisdom, partnership, and sustainability at the core.

Your communities, your team, your mission—they all need you healthy and whole. The world doesn't need you to burn out. It needs you to heal, so you can lead from a place of true abundance.

Just like nature. Because you are nature, and she is you.

You are a part of nature, not apart from it.

INTRODUCING ROOT TO RISE™

A Regenerative Leadership Journey for Women Entrepreneurs in Their Next Evolution

Root to Rise is a 12-week regenerative leadership journey designed for mission-driven women entrepreneurs who have been building for approximately 3–5 years and are sensing that a shift is needed.

You've moved beyond early-stage survival mode. You've proven your concept works. But you're also beginning to feel the cost of the pace and the weight of carrying it all.

This program supports you to:

  • Reclaim your energy — and stop treating depletion as the cost of impact
  • Clarify your leadership identity — beyond the roles, titles, and expectations
  • Step into sustainable, impactful ways of building — so your business, your relationships, and your voice can thrive without burning you out
  • Build the infrastructure of support — so you're no longer carrying your mission alone

A space to step out of constant output and into intentional, resourced leadership.

After years of working with women across the social impact ecosystem, I’ve seen that lasting leadership transformation rests on three core shifts:

Rooted Wholeness

Stand unshaken in your worth, like a tree with deep roots., no longer swayed by the urgency of the external world.

Rhythmic Wisdom

Trust your seasons: rooting, seeding, blooming, harvesting. Honoring that rest is not the opposite of work.

Reciprocal Impact

Sharing your gifts in a way that nourishes you back. Leadership that pollinates and uplifts the ecosystem without depleting the source.

Together, we will navigate three interwoven, regenerative phases:

Phase 1: GROUND

From Internal Pressure to Grounded Leadership

Phase 2: NOURISH

From Overextension to Supported, Relational Leadership

Phase 3: EMERGE

From Effortful Visibility to Aligned Contribution

GROUND (Weeks 1-4)

Recalibrate Your Leadership Foundation

At this stage of leadership, the challenge is not capability – it is capacity.

Many women arrive here having outgrown the internal patterns that once helped them succeed:

  • Pushing through exhaustion as a sign of commitment
  • Over-responsibility for outcomes, people, and systems
  • Leading from pressure and urgency rather than choice and clarity
  • Operating in reactive crisis mode instead of strategic intention

In this phase, we slow down to recalibrate your foundation. You begin to:

  • Reconnect with your internal signals and energy — learning to read and honor what your body and intuition are telling you about sustainability
  • Rebuild self-trust and inner safety — moving beyond the need to prove yourself through endless output
  • Clarify your leadership identity beyond roles — separating who you are from what you do, and what you actually want to be known for in this next chapter
  • Examine the patterns and beliefs driving your current approach — inherited from culture, family, or the nonprofit/social impact sector itself

This is where you stop managing yourself to perform and start leading from a place that is actually sustainable.

NOURISH (Weeks 5-8)

Redefine How You Relate to Work, People, and Support

The next evolution of your business cannot be built alone.

Many impact entrepreneurs operate in isolation, believing that asking for help is a sign of weakness or that the mission depends entirely on their personal sacrifice. This is the myth we dismantle.

In this phase, we shift from individual effort to relational, distributed leadership.

You examine:

  • How you currently hold responsibility (and what you're over-holding that doesn't belong to you)
  • Where you are over-giving your energy, expertise, and presence
  • What real support actually looks like for you now—and what prevents you from receiving it
  • How your team, board, funders, and community can share the weight of leadership

You will:

  • Map your ecosystem — identifying collaborators, allies, advisors, and amplifiers who can strengthen your work
  • Establish boundaries that protect your energy, focus, and capacity without compromising your mission
  • Begin restructuring how you work — delegating, distributing decision-making, and building systems that don't depend entirely on you
  • Reimagine partnership — with your team, your sector, your communities, and yourself

This is where leadership starts to feel more nourishing because you are no longer carrying it alone.

EMERGE (Weeks 9–12)

Step Into Visible, Aligned Contribution

By this stage, something has shifted - internally and relationally. You've reclaimed your energy. You've rebuilt trust in yourself. You've begun to distribute the load.

Now we turn toward your contribution - not as pressure to "be visible" or prove your impact, but as a natural expression of clarity and alignment.

You begin to:

  • Articulate your voice and perspective - what do you see that others don't? What wisdom has your years of building taught you?
  • Define what you want to be known for in this next chapter of your leadership and business
  • Explore how your work wants to be seen and received by your community, your sector, your funders, and beyond
  • Identify the right platforms and partnerships for your voice - not every space, but the ones that matter

We create a realistic, aligned pathway for your thought leadership — one that fits your energy, your capacity, and your ecosystem.

How to Begin Your Root to Rise Journey

Root to Rise™ is no longer bound to cohort dates. You join when you are ready - when the call to lead differently feels urgent enough to act on it.

This shift honors what we know from working with women entrepreneurs: readiness is personal, not calendrical. Some of you are ready now. Others will be ready in three months. Both are welcome.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Discovery Call

Schedule a 45-minute alignment conversation with Pukhraj to explore:

  • Your current leadership challenges and aspirations
  • Whether Root to Rise is the right fit for this moment
  • What support looks like for you specifically
  • Next steps, if this feels aligned

BOOK NOW

Step 2: Enrollment & Start Date

Once we've confirmed mutual readiness, you'll enroll and choose your start date. You have flexibility to begin within the next 90 days, or we can discuss timing that works for your business and life.

Step 3: Your 12-Week Journey Begins

You'll move through the three phases - GROUND, NOURISH, EMERGE - at your own pace, with dedicated support from Pukhraj and access to all program resources.

While you're on your own timeline, you're never alone. You'll have:

  • Weekly sessions with Pukhraj (or bi-weekly, depending on your needs)
  • Access to a private resource library with somatic practices, strategic tools, and frameworks
  • Asynchronous support between sessions for questions and integration
  • Flexibility to extend weeks if life demands it, without losing momentum
